Democrats seem to be out for blood. They act like ruthless banshees hunting their prey. President Trump is their target.
It doesn’t matter if the President committed a crime or not. This impeachment isn’t about justice, it is completely political. It’s a tool that is being used to garner support from the hard left base of the Democrat Party. Impeachment has become weaponized.
However, President Trump can use the impeachment inquiry as a tool in his efforts to drain the swamp. Once the Democrats actually start to follow legal procedures, the President’s legal team will be able to question witnesses, discover evidence, subpoena members of Congress, and cross-examine anyone involved in the inquiry.
This could have the effect of backing the democrats into a political corner. They will have to decide to potentially purger themselves in the name of their cause or maybe tell the truth. The cross-examination process will debunk “witnesses” and their stories. It’s even possible that some members of Congress will effectively end their Congressional careers during the impeachment inquiry.
Any evidence, or lack thereof, will be completely exposed. The transcripts of phone calls have already been released. Funds to Ukraine were released without conditions. It doesn’t appear that President Trump has violated any laws. It’s evident, that he was actually following a law passed by Congress and signed into law by President Obama.
Apparently, politics has dumbed down some liberal members of Congress, they are just too stupid to realize it. Trump will take them to school though.
